This place is unbelievable awful. DO NOT USE THEM FOR A REAL ESTATE AGENT OR FOR ESCROW! The escrow person "Nancy" does not seem to exist. Series of events:1) Our agent tried to get a hold of Nancy by walking in and they said she took the rest of the day off to work from home.2) Our agent called to speak to her and the sellers agent picked up instead.3) We went to sign the paperwork weeks later and Nancy was again not there and the sellers agent, Ernesto, was there instead to go through the entire escrow signing with us.4) Our mortgage company tried to get a hold of Nancy and again she was unresponsive and the person responding was Ernesto.5) I call to speak to Nancy and Ernesto picked up stating she won't get in for another 30-45 minutes or so.The sellers agent, Ernesto, never came to the property even to drop off the keys. Their contracts are gibberish. When asked to perform actions they did not do anything until we threatened them with a cancellation of escrow (multiple times). I can go on and on... bottom line DO NOT USE THEM.

Hello I just wanted to let you know that I never ever had a Lender like this one, They never answer the dam phone we waited for almost 2 months to get a loan approved on a condo purchase. They lied and lied one time after another saying that everything was good, no problem, don`t worry Well we decided to use another lender and she did the loan in less than 3 weeks, we are very happy to finally close this sale. This is the name of the GREAT LENDER. Commerce Home Mortgage. Marie Horsman. Please be careful when using this lender I will never ever recommend it.

I will never work with this company again. Unprofessional and SLOW to return calls. Ernie is a joke! Take your business else where!
