CSUDH Passport Hub Center (Appt Only)

The two gentleman who assisted me with the processing of my passport on 4-4-24 were outstanding!!! Due to my past experiences with most folks processing legal and or government transactions, I expected the process to be run by a rude and callous people. I have never been so wrong about the folks at CSUDH. The process was perfect and the people helping me displayed excellent people skills and professionalism I have not seen in a while. They really helped me out!! They questioned me and confirmed without doubt that I had a certified copy of my birth certificate. They saw that I had provided them a "copy" of the certified copy, as there was no raised seal on what I provided to them. I went home and obtained the correct document and returned to finish processing my transaction, which was seamless. Thank you Tyler and Tyler's co-worker!!

My appointment was for 11:30am so I arrived a few minutes early. Even with the previous appointment not yet complete, I was done by 11:40am. The process was easy and smooth. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending CSUDH Passport Hub Center from now on.
