Love how there so clean smells good just walking in the door. I have brought my daughter here for a few years already and love how they are always on top of my daughter. Very sweet and nice with the kids my daughter actually loves and enjoys coming to her dental appointments ! Dr. Turner is amazing and staff as well!

My two boys got here they been going here for almost 2 years and they always book my boys work 3 months ahead they are always busy, maybe they need more workers to do major work like fillings extra .out of the 2years, this the first time My son tooth hurt and i could tell it couldnt wait till 2moths out, it would probably turn in to a root canal and the older lady that works in the front the one with the ugly attitude and that always looks like she hates her job ( life too short to be negative and miserable ) they other younger male as well he snappy sometimes , idk what it is lol but those two are the only one that are ew there (maybe they get paid less for being receptionist) who knows whats up there a** . but all other workers are so nice and welcoming and beautiful people great Energy I think thats why I dont change dentist , SO FAR ! But I would like for scheduling not to be so far out and if it is an emergency like my son is feeling discomfort now , they need to figure someway to get them in there .

Lack of communication and transparency.After coming to this locations for 5 years and taking my child for her scheduled visit I was informed that there were balances pending from 3 YEARS AGO.!!!!  I mentioned that  was absurd as I always inquire if there was a copay and I was told "no".. yet they decided that they want to follow some type of policy to collect funds. So I paid it. As a parent that has insurance I wasn't prepared to pay few hundred dollars that day.  Again the child only went for a cleaning and new X-rays.To add insult to injury- i asked to be given my child's X-rays to have another dentist review her X-rays for accuracy and save my child the time of that procedure. I was told as a parent I must pay 25 dollars. I was appalled as I explained that I was taking them to another dentist. (As a parent why would you have to pay if the is already paid???) strange. I was then informed that the other dentist would have to reach out to retrieve the X-rays. So that is the process I followed. FYI you must first sign a Release Form ( which now I had to call and get. Luckily the manager stated I would be able to receive it through email. Other observations:We were sat inside then, the same lady had to stop the cleaning so she could check another patient in... Appt was at 9am and you must call to check in, however nobody was picking up the phone so I had to keep calling ..
