I met with Jim at The Velodrome and my meeting went great. Jim told me that I needed additional parts that I needed to order for my bike and the next time we met we would meet in Yorba Linda and we would do aero testing. For a month and a half I tried to make an appointment with Jim, and he continually made excuses of why he could not meet with me. I tried to dispute this with my credit card because I had already paid in full first time I met with him. He contested the dispute. He would not refund me nor would he offer me a partial refund. I was looking forward to the bike fit for over a year. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Jim treated me, and he lacks the integrity to run a business properly. I feel like a fool because I shouldve read the Google reviews before I spent the time and my money trusting Jim with my bike fit.

Got a bike fit by Jim and he seems to be a nice guys. But he makes a lot of promises he does not keep. He promised all follow up meetings, but he just took my money and then ignores all my calls and emails. I kind of assumed he died, but now I found other reviews which describes this behavior. He indeed should not be in business.

Ok, so I've been fit by Jim Manton twice. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. But... Both times he's lost my fit data. The last fit I had I also signed up for aero testing. I took a day off work and met him at a park. We spent several hours trying different positions, helmets, clothing, etc... After the testing he was suppose to analyze the data and then email it over. Never did. I called at least 10 times. Emailed, etc... and nothing. A friend of mine had a fit several months later and brought it up and he seemed to have amnesia. Unfortunately he shouldn't be in business if he can't deliver what he promises.

My bike fit with Jim was a revelation. I've been riding for 5 years and just this year developed some right knee pain. After trying everything else I could think of, including reading everything online as well as books about fitting and cycling injuries, I decided it was time to pony up for a pro fit. The changes Jim made were surprisingly small but their effect was immediate and drastic. I've waited a month to write this review to make sure things we're really different and I can say after riding hundreds of miles on my new fit that my knee hasn't hurt since the day I got the fit and I am just a bit more powerful on the bike. I'm honestly shocked at how big of a difference a few millimeters here and there have made. Going into it the biggest hurdle for me was the cost but in hindsight I'd pay even more for the services given. Can't recommend ERO Sports high enough. Side note - the location alone is worth a visit.
