I just went to get a tour of the apartment complex I was extremely pleased with how smoothly everything went. A special thank you to Carla for being so helpful, knowledgeable and professional she made us feel like home, we look forward to making The 24 our next home. Thank you again Carla for your time!

It was cool at first living here. but now random people parking on your assigned parking spot is ghetto and tow truck doesnt come 3 hours later. And Security is not patrolling at night Im up til 5am, I go in and out of my apartment working late, Ive seen crackheads walking around the parking garage. 2 parking gates on the first level is not functional. They can just walk in and break in someones car. Would I live here again. No

A beautiful complex with a convenient location. Here you will find everything you need.The apartments are new, clean and with a good landscaped area. Excellent staff who will help to solve any problems you may have. I would like to mention the manager Oksana. She is a great professional.

Lets start off with do not believe these 5 star reviews theyre all paid for and lies .
I been living here for almost two years and my lease is up soon and I am so glad my roommate and I will not be renewing this time around.
Living here is HELL. There is so much noise from your upstairs neighbors working from home is not possible. You will NEVER rest.
Management does NOTHING about upstairs neighbor noises especially if its irresponsible parents with kids running/stomping all day all night. And if they have a dog forget it its even worse. The noise level here is insane you will not be able to rest or work. People living here have no respect. Management does nothing about it other.
They also allow tenants with dogs to pee in balconies so the pee will drop onto neighbors below.
The halls are so dirty they never clean them. the garage is full of trash.
The only good thing the 24 has is Sandy. Aside from him all management should be fired from their office and hire people who will get this place back in order because their reputation keeps getting worse and worse
This place was once upscale it is so ghetto now. Go read all their yelp reviews those are the real reviews that they cant remove or pay for. The owner is investing in another building they should invest in new office management
This building has so much Potential to have been one if not the best in the valley especially the location but Omid ,
Carla and all management is trash and will never actually do something about it.
Glad to be leaving I feel bad for every single person here who lives under a terrible tenant with no respect.
Do yourself a favor and go pay rent elsewhere.
