      Elizabeth (Liz) Agmon Gayle is a lemon car lawyer who has been serving the legal needs of her clients for more than 20 years. Admitted to the California Bar in 1988, Ms. Gayle spent the first 12 years of her career working for and/or representing major product manufacturers, including a major automobile manufacturer. Attorney Liz Gayle now chooses instead to aid clients and consumers who need legal assistance under Californias Lemon Law. For the past 20 years, Ms. Gayle has been fighting back against auto manufacturers and dealerships that refuse to compensate consumers for faulty vehicles. Using her defense background and credibility with manufacturers, she is able to fairly evaluate cases and deliver stellar representation to lemon car clients.During her time as a practicing attorney, Ms. Gayle has been a member of the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills Bar Associations, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.       image The team was kind and helpful, however my case was declined with no explanation. I find this very odd. They did refer me which was appreciated but after months of back and fourth it was frustrating to have my case dropped with no reason or direct communication with the attorney herself.

      I am sorry Lacy. Many people call us every day, including some who have been referred to us directly by former clients and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot help everyone. But, if we cannot help someone, we do our best to make suggestions to them, including often referring them to someone else who may be able to assist them, as we did with you. We take great pride in the work that we do for our clients and have many satisfied clients as is evidenced by our Google and Yelp reviews. Unlike some other Lemon Law firms, we never commit to taking a case after just one phone call. When we think we may be able to help on a case, we do not take it until we conduct a thorough document review. While our screening process may take longer than some other firms, that is done for the benefit of the people who contact us. We do not want to mislead or disappoint. We try being transparent with everyone. We truly appreciate all of the people who contact us for help. We have had lemon vehicles ourselves so understand being in that position and the fear, anger, apprehension, and frustration that often accompany owning or leasing a lemon vehicle.
