ACG Auto Brokers

Hands down the smartest decision Ive ever made related to car buying. Just leased my second car through the team and Alex once again did a top notch job. The process was super simple, Alex was super reliable and stays on top of it. My first vehicle was a 2017 explorer and just traded it for a 2019 Camry. Ill never get a car anywhere else and am recommending everyone I know to go through Alex and the acg team because of how reliable they are. Thank you guys and look forward to the future.

I had the best car lease experience through ACG Auto brokers. Before calling ACG, I found myself in a tricky end of lease situation, and while others brokers + dealers themselves were eager to help me into a new lease, no one gave me options for terminating the old lease. However, Alex from ACG went above and beyond to help me out of my old lease without having to pay the extra mileage and disposition fees. To make things even better, he also got me an extraordinary deal in my dream car. ACG made both processes as smooth and easy as can be! You can tell that the brokers care about helping their clients out. I will never forget this great experience and highly recommend them!

I hate dealerships, they just dont know how to treat a customer right. Called Alex and gave him my wish list for my truck and within 10 minutes he called back with a lease payment and located the exact truck that I was looking for. Alex took car of all the details, delivered the truck to me and all I had to do is sign the docs. Amazing, no hassle, fast, cant beat ACG.

So I usually don't write reviews, but I really WANTED to for this one because the SERVICE WAS JUST THAT OUTSTANDING!! I had a lot of trouble getting the SUV that I wanted with the package and color that I wanted when it was time to look for a new car this summer. The dealerships were no help (All they want to do is get you to go in there and play games with you), so I got a tip from a co-worker to try out auto brokers. I contacted a bunch of them because I wanted the SUV before my Camry fully breaks down and the results were very mixed. I didnt find Alex at ACG Auto Brokers until page 5 of YELP, but boy am I glad I decided to reach out to him! From the very beginning, Alex was insanely prompt with his replies and never play any games; he always gave me the full cost breakdown of each vehicle he presented to me and waited patiently for me to get back to him. After I got played around by another dealership, I decided it wasnt worth the hassle anymore and was running out of time to get a vehicle, I turned to Alex and asked him If I buy this last vehicle you quoted me, can you get it to me by this Sunday (It was Friday when I asked, I know super last minute). You know what he did? He hand-delivered the car to me that NIGHT, five hours after our initial conversation!! We signed all the paperwork in the parking garage in the back of my brand new SUV and that was it! He showed me how to use some features too and I had my BRAND NEW VEHICLE THE SAME DAY. It was an absolutely incredible experience and I HIGHLY recommend you contact him when you are searching for your new ride. You wont regret it!! Cant wait to buy my next vehicle from you my man!

Contacted Alex to see what kind of deal he can find me on a new lease and boy did he deliver! Working with Alex is as smooth as it can be...I told him exactly what kind of car I was in the market for (make, model, color, trim, package). He hit me back the same day with just what I wanted. Who wants to deal with the headache of going to a car dealership when we all know they're not going to cut you the best deal. You have to go through this script of "negotiating" back and forth and still don't end up with a price you like. Going through ACG is the right way to go when you're in the market to lease/finance a vehicle. Avoid the phony bartering car salesmen put you through. Best part of it all....my new vehicle was delivered to my door and my old one was driven back to the dealer. Believe me when I tell you that the process is HASSLE-FREE. Thank you Alex and ACG for the perfect car buying experience!
