I am so frustrated with their Starbucks counter....Their turn over is ridiculous... Always extremely slow, unprofessional, and terrible attitude, Unfortunately I got 3 Starbucks card for X MAS so am there a few times a week, is close to my work and every time I'm frustrated... So finally I complained to one of their supervisors Jason Rotollo, about Nasha the girl, only one at the counter. There were no one there waiting, she took her time making a phone order... While I was waiting there for 15 minutes and literally taking her time. So I just told her I only need a cup of pike to go....regardless she said I need to wait.. after 15 min... then she had to make coffee and said will need to wait another 3 minutes for hot coffee... No apologies, no eye contact, and when I finally get back.. the cup is not a full cup of coffee, So I decided to complain to the supervisor on Jason about my experience and all the time... He said, he was sorry and he will bring it up to whomever, which seemed to me he was just getting me off his back... So when I called the store back for the supervisor on 's name and the girl's name at the counter is when Jason, said he'll address it with her, etc... I understand any reasons.. but at the very least have a better attitude toward your customers.. I really think she HATES being there, HATES the job.. And has no business working at a job she Hates...

Large food market with good prices. Quite a few gluten free items. Free and ample parking. Rapid self check out is available.
