We have been using Craig for at least 20 years and we like him.He is very professional and very efficient. We had our taxes backin less than a week. If you have questions he listens and gives you a straight answer.

An absolute five star. The entire team are super nice, friendly and responsive. My wife and I have a peace of mind that if we ever have any questions, we will get that answered on the same day.  You only need to meet with Mr. Craig once to know what I'm talking about. Laura and Monica are also an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend them.

First off, I have seen Craig Mathias in the past and he was very nice individual. Very professional and nice over the phone. My Fiance even goes to him and he was always plesant.  I have had some personal tax issues due to late filing not on his part what so ever. Fast forward to 2021 I reached out in early February to book an appointment I spoke to his assistant and explained my situation she put me on hold spoke to Craig and he said to call back in June to book an appointment. Today June 24th I called to book my appointment. His assistant spoke to Craig and the story changed he said he couldn't help me. I said ok but I called earlier in the year and you told me to call back in June which is what I'm doing. I asked to speak to Craig because this was not the information I was told. She reluctantly transferred me to his direct line and before I could say Hello he yelled on the phone "WE CAN'T HELP YOU BYE" and Hung up. This was not the god fearing man I was use to dealing with in the past.  Let alone someone being so rude and disrespectful to a woman on the phone. I'm literally shaken to my core and on the verge of tears as I write this review. Had I been given the correct information in February I would have not waited for him.

I would recommend for doing your taxes. Professional and saved me a lot of money. They are knowledgable and honest.
