Contrary to what read in the review section, I love the product that i purchased from them. The last thing on earth that Im gonna do is to do the ironing. One time I chanced upon a steaming unit online (SAG399 - steamer with ironing board), and purchased the unit. I work in a corporate office that requires to wear long sleeves polo. With this new steamer that i have saves me much time and its very easy and convenient to use! I even purchased the compact one (SAG09, i think) which i bring with me when i have an out of town business trip. For a reasonable price and the comfort it gives me and my family, I give them a 5 stat rate. Why buy the expensive branded steamer whereas you can buy this that serves the same purpose at a very reasonable price!
