Moriah Remodeling & Construction

My bathroom was remodeled by Moriah. It is now much more modern and minimalistic than it was before. I have new flooring, sophisticated recessed lighting, LED lighted mirror and a brand-new floating vanity that has a spa look with the wood door and above counter sink. The entire bathroom was painted a pretty blue color including the walls and ceiling. Even the door was re-painted white. I also have a new toilet bowl. I already had an existing shower that had recently been installed. Fantastic job!

I had a terrible experience with Moriah Remodeling and Construction. I hired them to add lights to my living room and bathroom, replace my electrical box, install a tankless water heater, and remodel my kitchen. Initially, they told me the project would take 30 to 45 days, but it ended up taking nine and a half months due to delays caused by Moriah's failure to obtain the correct permits. Towards the end of the project, I discovered that they were hiring multiple sets of subcontractors to work on my project, leading to delays and incorrect completion of various parts of the project. I was also wrongly blamed for errors in ordering parts. Furthermore, I was informed that certain aspects included in my initial contract were not covered by the project's price and would require additional payment to be completed correctly and on time. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will never consider hiring this company again. Additionally, the owner of the company requested payment for work that was never completed and refused to return to complete or repair anything until he was paid for incomplete work.

Moriah helped us to convert half bath to a gorgeous full bath. Right from the time I reached out to get an estimate to project completion, Moriah provided support and guidance on every step. The work was completed as scheduled. Special shout out to Rachel for being available throughout the project.

I went over several quotes for my renovation project that i wanted to do. The renovation included the kitchen, bathrooms, guesthouse, garage and entry of the house. I was very doubtful about who should i hire as I heard of many stories about remodeling jobs not being finished or done correctly. Many of the contractors I met were pushy, and I didnt want to proceed with any of them or in a hurry to get it done. Until I met Eran from Moriah Remodeling & Construction. Eran was friendly, professional and accessible throughout the entire project. He transformed my home from the design to the demolition and, finally, the installation. The workers came every day; they completed the work on time. Eran has done the best remodeling in my house, hands-down! And I will definitely contact him in a few months to renovate my other house! Trust, friendliness, and professionalism are absolutely what you will get when choosing this company.

We already had a quote for our kitchen remodeling project when we happened to see the work of Moriah Remodeling & Construction at a friends house and we decided to hire them for our house too. It was by far the best decision we did. Not only did they come over to see whats involved in the project but to also improve our vision and ideas about what we can do for the same budget. The new ideas that they came up with were much better than what we wanted originally. The management and working experience that we went with them was perfect! Eran and his team leader were always there for us for any answer and/or question and none of our requests were too small to accommodate. The whole project was to remodel the kitchen first than all the bathrooms and last was the entry of the house. All of that was done in an expedient and professional way from the beginning to the end and the total price for all of that was exactly as Eran said. Our friends keep comment to us that the remodeling is stunning and that we have an amazing new house now that was worth each and every dollar that we spend.
