      Mr Kovatch, you were asked at least 5 times to take back your box with 18 pounds of mixed metals. You came in after we were closed and we accommodated you anyways. If you were not satisfied to the point you had to get online and leave a 1 star review, taking your materials back would probably be much better option for everyone involved.
