My interest rates were lowered, they are lenient when it comes to late payments(understanding of lifes emergencies) and they are overall quick when it comes to fixing mistakes. Ive actually been able to see my principal go down over the past couple of years since Ive been with them. I would recommend them to mostly anyone.

I called to change my phone number and the lady told me I had to write a statement and sign it and take a picture of it and then email it to her company ! That was very inconvenient for me considering that I am a paraplegic. When I asked her if there is another way.she just hung up on me !

Only reason I'm giving a three is because Nairi the president has been nice and accommodating. And also Eric Williams being understanding, HOWEVER I hope NO ONE encounters Alex Guzman. He lies and tries to not do anything to help financially affected clients and will go toe to toe and over talk you no matter what. Which shows me he doesn't value clients and only wants to collect money and ignore calls.

I refinanced my auto loan with this company and have been so grateful ever since. My interest and monthly payment was significantly reduced. They are very flexible with late payments as they allow about a 10-15 day grace period and offer the ability to skip a payment one month and move it to the end of your principle loan with only a small fee. I recently have not been working as I will be starting a new job and the staff was kind and considerate as they have waived fees as a courtesy and accepted late applications. They really seem to strive to put you in the best financial position rather than take your money. Thank you MCCU staff!!!
