Robin's Nest Kid-Care

I have been meaning to leave this review for a long time now. Robins nest is the best daycare probably in all of California. My daughter attended for 2 years and to this day is still treated as family. The only reason my daughter is no longer here is because we moved away. I have referred countless people to Robin because this facility is just that amazing. My daughter started at 3 months until 2 years to be able to trust someone with my daughter at 3 months is huge and I would do it all over again. In addition my daughter was at both locations and I can say this review goes for both. Thank you to Robin Farrah and the staff for loving my daughter and our family.

Oh boy where do I start! So much to say. My daughter has been at the nest for over a year now and she loves everything about it. From arts and crafts, to playing outside and circle time which is her favorite. Robin is the sweetest most loving teacher not to mention her employees too. They all go above and beyond!! So much love its like were a family now.

I am trying to think of anything else we trust quite as much as Robin, Farah, etc. for the care of our son. 1 year we've been coming here, and...no regrets! Go ahead and test them out for yourselves!! If you're happy (likely), then welcome to the club!!!

Giving this a 1 star because I have to give them something. I brought my son here when he was 2 years old. At first, it seemed great - the staff was very nice and the place was well kept. Then a few months later reality kicked in. My son would cry EVERY time I was dropping him off - he literally would NOT let go of my leg and I would hear him crying for 10-15 minutes after drop off. I stupidly assumed that this was normal and that it would eventually stop (STUPID ME), it never stopped. One day I picked him up from school and they had rap music (with profanity) blaring - you could hear it from outside of the house. My kid was just sitting in the high chair crying with snot running down his nose. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't all bad. The workers were all young, had plenty of energy, and were great with the kids for the most part. Here's another kicker....I typically paid bi-weekly - sometimes in cash, sometimes in check. Another stupid mistake. I ended up finding another school that was closer to my house and let them know (IN ADVANCE) that I would be taking him out. They then informed me that I had a missing payment. Umm excuse me? When I asked when it was from it was from a time I did a cash payment - which all gets left in a payment box inside the school. I let her know there was no way I missed  a payment and if I was, why was it just being brought up then? Now, want to know the best part? They also own a collection agency! So guess what they did, they sent it to the other part of their home when I kept disputing the "missing payment." After we left this school, I wanted to just leave things be but realized they are still on my credit report. When I looked at the detailed report it said I owed around $6-700 for 2 weeks and because I didn't give sufficient notice which is 2 weeks (lie). Stay away from this "daycare" at all costs.

This care center is clean, warm, and fun. The indoor and outdoor play areas are well equipped and age-appropriate. The children were all happy and taken care of.  The teachers are youthful and full of energy and played with the children while watching them. Robin is friendly and helpful. Great location.
