        This has been my go to Rite Aid for over a decade. The store associates are always friendly, greet you upon arrival, and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The pharmacy associates are always friendly and informed about the prescriptions or medications they dispense answering any questions I may have. The store is always clean, and it's just a comfortable place to patronize.

        It's great to have a local store/pharmacy that actually stocks items nowadays. So many stores nearby have empty shelves due to shoplifting. I'm relieved that Rite Aid is nearby. It's clean, pleasant, easy to dash in and out when in a hurry, and always has what I need.

        Im so glad that this RiteAid from Chatsworth is getting better in customer service, I had couple times a bad experience with one of the employees (lady store manager) she was rude helpless, always with a sour face!. The assistant manager Jesus is very nice kindness and helpful, very professional!.. Pharmacy staff always keeps me updated with my medication, and willing to answer my questions.
