I'm not recommending them to anyone. they showed us a place and they sent us an application. They ran the credit ( they said it's perfect ) Mr J said owner have some questions. well, we answered all questions. he emailed us that he couldn't talk with the owner regarding the application. he'll let us know soon when we can write a contract and everything looks good to him. so we waited with no answer. so I called them that "please let us know, we are loosing the other places". "if you running our credit means you want to give it to us". " NOT RUNNING CREDIT AS A HABIT. "
Anyway they never responded to us, we lost the other place because we wrote application very late and The Simpson company never contacted us. After two weeks , I called them to see what happened because on website the space was still available. He said, "we leased it to someone else. "
That place is a trap and the other locations that they have. They are just collecting credit information and bank statements.
