I truly can't say much about the homes but I post this as a warning. All these homes are in a PSPS zone, which means anytime it is windy, SCE will shut off your power at their discretion (also means you're in a high fire zone). It gets windy up here a LOT. So unless you want to pay about a million dollars to sit in the dark...I'd do my research or else negotiate they throw in a generator before you close. Buyer beware!

Beautiful million dollar houses with beautiful views. All house, little yard. Single door front entry. Large beautiful kitchen with large island. Comfortable livingroom downstairs, fun family room / media room upstairs.
