        They have a very restrictive schedule. Basically, one needs to follow their routines. It's not your typical gym.

        Literally the best gym!! I dont even mind to drive 20 minutes to this location! New treads, new rowers and great atmosphere! Coaches are all amazing!

        The workout is intense. I honestly never thought I would be able to get through this many classes without giving up but I am 58 classes in and I feel stronger now than I have ever felt in my life and Im 50 years old so Im very proud of myself for hanging in there and getting up and pushing myself to make it to the 5:30am classes again something I never thought I could or would do! I crave it, Im obsessed. And the instructors are amazing! All of them. Its truly been a blessing to be part of such an amazing community of people that want to work hard and be healthy! Thank you Orangetheory!!!
