giving a great review cause according to one office supply store, Hp isn't allowing my ink cartridges to be sold in stores. only mail order but then when they sent the wrong one, wanted me to print out a label to send it back (difficult with no ink.)

These folks are great! I've been buying products from them for about 4 years and they ALWAYS go above and beyond! Today I learned that HP (that evil company) again inserted a code to not allow any ink products to work in their printers. This means all the private brands like Inkjets.com must change the chips in their printer inks so they will operate on HP printers. I called HP and they basically said "Sorry..." Then I called Inkjets.com who had warned me with an email of this. In my case their fix to download a previous version didn't work for me so... Inkjets.com replaced all of my ink cartridges for free as long as I send the ones I purchased back. Who does that? Inkjets.com does and I recommend them whole-heartedly!!!
