Not a pleasant experience whatsoever.
Not nice, apathetic to any situation if it goes even slightly against their policy.
Ive lived at the Irene st location for 2 years and the 10 incidences I had with the management have all been uncomfortable and have been made to feel like way too many boundaries were crossed. This has been the 3rd apartment management team Ive dealt with in Los Angeles and by far the worst.
Bad communication, bad policy, and little tact for customer relations. Dont stay here unless you want your landlords up in your business.
