        Staff was friendly. The piano prices were decent, but the pianos were mostly uninspiring.

        Vince tuned my lovely Baldwin last week. One of the notes slid out of tune - which was caused by aging strings. Yesterday I called for help, and although he is very busy today with tunings and meetings, he came by early this morning to make it right. I appreciate his dedication to customer service!!
