After seeing some FH Defense content on Instagram, my wife and I decided to schedule a private class with Cedric for our 15yo son. It was great! My son learned some basic real world self defense techniques that will help him gain confidence, improve strength and increase abilities. In addition to techniques, Cedric spent time educating him on mindset, deescalation and the realities of violence. Understanding what happens and what could happen after that first punch is thrown is equally as important as knowing how to throw a punchwe are looking forward to our second session! Cedric is a great coach/instructor and has been doing it a long time. He's knowledgeable and knows how to get the point across with what he's teaching. People don't seem to take self defense seriously until something happens. Why not just get in the mindset early so you can be prepared? FH Defense is good for defense training and mindset training. It's totally worth it.

These classes are a small price to pay for the knowledge and confidence to protect yourself when conflict arises. Cedric has used his decades of experience in martial arts and law enforcement to develop a program that teaches the most essential techniques in self defense. There are bad people in this world, be prepared if you come in contact with one.
