Super nice and clean Property. Chase at the leasing office is super helpful and when we had issues of unknown fees popping up he would remedy the situation. Jorge who works in maintenance fixed my washing machine and cleaned up after. He was very professional and polite. I am 100% satisfied with Residence at escaya and its staff

Absolutely love The Residences at Escaya! When I was moving cross country and searching for a new apartment, Chase made sure he did everything in his power to help me out. He gave a tour to my family members, listened to my list of desired requests for my new apartment, and was able to find me the perfect layout and location in the community that matched my budget. Chase and the rest of the staff have been very helpful ever since -- they certainly take care of their residents! In addition to the wonderful office staff, the maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful. The community is beautiful, perfectly located if you're looking for a place to live in Chula Vista, and has great amenities and nearby shops. Highly recommend if you are hunting for a new place to live!

I have been living here for four years and the truth is that over time the maintenance men have improved in responding to the services. Jorge has been a very kind, attentive, professional person in his work. And it always fixes the problem in a matter of minutes. The manager Samantha behaved very badly because I brought her some documents and she answered me very rudely and didn't even want to see the documents. He basically ignored me. Chase always showed that professional image above all. The boy is very kind. The truth is that the entire maintenance team is very professional. And I am grateful that the services always respond within hours.
