I could not have asked for a better attorney in my consumer rights case than Jeremy Golden. I obviously appreciated that he navigated the complexities of my case and brought it to a very satisfactory resolution. In 2021 I was hacked into my bank account for approx. 5,000 without knowing what was actually happening, I was devastated the least. It was the day before Thanksgiving.So upset, all banks were closed so I had to wait to go to my bank, upset not knowing what to do.My bank acted as they were concerned and returned the money back to me then within a month, I was told the vendor Crypto.com gave them information that lead them to take back the 5,000 and left me 2,000 in the negative.I had no choice but to seek an attorney to help me. I was referred to Golden & Cardona-Loya's office.Spoke to Cory Teed, and he was so amazing helped me through this, and kept me updated throughout this whole year and a half.I did ultimately nothing except scan mail that I would receive from my bank.I'm happy to say we won this case and I couldn't be happier.
