Beware of deception and high costs for services such as vaccines. Insurance info was asked for and provided with no indication from CVS that the Covid vaccine would not be covered. Worse yet, the cost was not disclosed. Received a bill later for $344 for a Covid vaccine. Will never use CVS (Minute Clinic) again.

Excellent customer service! Any of the ladies there were very helpful trying to get my medicare to approve my meds! Very professionals and easy to talk to them!

Call the CVS line. The automatic machine gave me a time of 6:32 for picking up my medication. I went to the pharmacy and approached the pickup to be told that they hadn't received the authorization from my doctor. I said why didnt you guys try to contact the patient so we can get a hold of our doctor! A bunch of excuses. I called my doctor, and everything got done in 15 minutes to max. When asked to talk to the person in charge of the pharmacy, magically, the person left early. If you are in a lot of pain, please choose another pharmacy better at communicating the challenges to the patients.
