David here, just wanted to say Big thanks to attorney Dan Smith for getting my vehicle back! Im grateful that I found Attorney Dan Smith. He helped me recover my vehicle and got my fee waived. I co-signed a car for my brother but unfortunately, he was transporting illegal aliens in San Diego. My brother was arrested, and the truck was seized by border patrol. Dan Smith and his team did a great job recovering my vehicle. I highly recommend them!

I hired Attorney Smith for my seized vehicle that Border Patrol had taken back in Oct 3rd. Everything with border patrol is completely new to me.They got a claim in a timely matter. Border patrol got back to Attorney Daniel Smith within 3 weeks of receiving the claim. It took around 3-4 weeks for Border Patrol to provide the paperwork (disposition order) during the Christmas/New Year Holiday. I GOT MY CAR BACK BY JAN 10th!! Any questions that me, my grandma or mother had , Itzel was so sweet and always answered with a detailed response. Itzel even helped provide a note of authorization so i was able to pick up the vehicle on my grandmothers behalf, I definitely will recommend them to ANYONE, thank you Attorney Smith, Layla and Itzel!
