Everything went super smooth and quick. Quality of materials used and the craftmanship is definitely above the standard. Darcy from the sales office guided us through the entire process and whenever we needed help, she always promptly responded back.

The sales representative was very responsive, timely, professional and personable. She took great mental details of what was important to our family before, during and after the whole process of purchasing a new build. The company's product overall has good quality, there are repairs and other items that needed attending. However with the 1 year warranty, we were able to have their workers come out timely to inspect the issue. Once it was determined that repairs were necessary, they tried their best to work around our schedules. From determining the issue to time of repair has been slow, but so far when the repairs have been completed, the item of repair was done well. We recently purchased in Estancia in Otay Ranch and could not be happier with how the process went. We attribute the smoothness of everything to Darcy Peters who did a fantastic job. She was very fast to respond to questions, concerns, and other random communication. She was straight forward about changes in the plan and always went out of her way to take care of us. The home (we have been here less than a week) is of great quality and design. The value is amazing - you get what you pay for when building a home, and Cornerstone offers a great product at a fair price in a tough housing market. We are excited to be homeowners once again, and send as much thanks as possible to Darcy and the Cornerstone team for helping us make it a reality.
