Thank you for sharing your comments. We're terribly sorry to hear your stay was less than perfect. Our staff works hard every day to ensure your comfort and satisfaction and we will share your input with our staff in order to address the concerns you raised. Now, to clarify a few things, there is police driving around this whole area at all hours of the day. There are a lot of other hotels in the area and a public transportation hub just across the way. This is quite typical. Sometimes drivers get pulled over by police on the road and they decide to turn into our property to get out of traffic and we cannot always control it. This in no way should be assumed that there is trouble at our hotel. Quite the contrary. As for the breakfast, we ONLY keep the front doors closed. There is a side entrance that we advise all guests of at check-in, to be used for accessing the breakfast. We can always provide you with a bath mat, on request, to put down in the tub should you feel necessary for better traction. As for the noisy neighbors, there is always someone at the front desk and all you need to do is inform us of the noise so that we can pinpoint it and contain it.
