Shane has built himself a great team, great customer service, and his personal response times to any request is phenomenal. Never had personal responses like that. Quality group led by a high quality person and team leader.

Ill start with how disrespectful Mark is while asking questions about being over charged for my autopay being cancelled! No time during the call was he there to make things right or assist me with making any adjustments instead it felt like I was speaking to a defense attorney! This office was already working to build rapport and as soon as one payment gets mixed up when changing debit cards my account now has to be paid 4 months in advance?! Our relationship is over after over 10 years Allstate. I was super happy with the company while living in NV and as soon as I came to Shane Lashgari's office its been nothing but a nightmare when something changes! Save yourself the hassle. The world we live in today and the ALLSTATE standards this is unacceptable!!
