I was involve in an vehicle collision back in January. The driver made a left hand turn in front of me, damaging the front end, and making my vehicle inoperable. According to the driver he was trying to get a parking spot. The at fault driver's insurance company never notified me, and closed my case due to "no response". I never received an email, phone call, or letter from them. So, I decided to contact LTI Law.  Mr. Martinez contacted me right away (which was over the weekend). I told him of the situation, and the following week he had the ball rolling. Mr. Martinez assured me that he'd take care of everything, which was a sigh of relief. He contacted the at fault drivers insurance company, and they reopened the case. All notifications were made, and a settlement was reached for me and my kids. Mr. Martinez was professional, communicated every step of the process, and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend LTI Law to anyone looking for a great attorney.
