Speedi Rooter Sewer & Drain

Came home from work and downstairs laundry room was flooded. After trying to solve issues myself I realized it was pretty bad. I called speeding rooter sewer & drain around 6pm and Paul answered immediately I explained the issue and he said as soon as he was finished we're he was at he be right by. Paul was at my door 7pm and solved the problem immediately. Great service if I ever have a issue again I am going to call speeding rooter.

I wish I could give this business no stars but in order to post this review I had to click on at least 1 star. Not sure how this Paulie gets such high praise for his work. we had to hire him through an HOA. He came to inspect pipe leaks. When I asked him if he could fix the leak in our shower faucet he told me that he could not do it because he didn't have the right tools. when I came back in to check on him, he was trying to fix the faucet. He forced it and broke it and so the leak was worst than it began with. so then he wanted to charge us 3k to fix the leak and replace the fixtures. I was so upset. instead of taking responsibility for his actions he blamed me and said to me " I was trying to do something good and this is what I get for it." when he realized how upset I was that he was trying to charge us for the damage he had done, he reduced the cost to half. so I asked my husband to call him and talk to him. we thought he would offer to fix for free, instead we had to pay about $225 to fix our leak. unfortunately we will not be calling paul for future plumping issues and unfortunately he is still our HOA plumber.
