Some of the food is good the prices are kinda high unless you order right & the service is so so basically clean They have good iced tea & the French fries are great

We ordered breakfast on the app on the way to church, got the food after 10 minutes of waiting, and was told we would have to wait longer for the special drinks. Employees should be trained to let customers waiting outside know if there will be a delay on an item. I would have gotten a refund and ordered other drinks. As it was, after twenty minutes, I went in to get the two out of four drinks that were ready, and left without receiving what we paid for, already late for the meeting. I tried to complain using the app, but every time I got to the end and tried to select the store, the app booted me. Not the best experience, and when pressed for time, we won't be thinking of this option as "fast" food.

1-11-22-5:00pm the 2 wait staff I dealt with were not friendly and cook did not get my order right. I guess this is what I get for eating there.:(

This is one of the worst McDonald's in America. The owner is never around, the woman who runs it is incredibly rude, and the food is somehow never fresh, even if you get there at opening or right at the lunch crossover. The manager woman has literally thrown my order at me through my car window at the curbside pickup before because I've complained to corporate about her and their horrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would. UPDATE: Thought I'd give em another chance, and wow what a mistake. Couldn't even get an order done correctly using the app. Waited 12 minutes sitting in curbside just to be told "they forgot" when I went in. Go ANYWHERE but here while passing through Cloverdale
