This was my first time getting my hair done at Ulta Salon and I was a bit skeptical because it is a commercial business I guess? Ive had some horrible experiences at new hair salons before, so I didnt know what to expect coming here. From the first few minutes of meeting Windy I knew I had made the right choice on taking a chance getting my hair cut here! She made me very comfortable right from the start, asked me how I wanted my hair cut and gave me some advice, she cut it exactly as the picture I had showed her, and our conversation just flowed and was never awkward or dull. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. WINDY IS AMAZING and I am forever a returning customer of hers from now on! :)
