If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. They recently opened in the Vacaville outlets. There are no refunds even with receipts. You have a small window to exchange. I bought a dress and some other things and was told shoes were final sale and all others were exchange only. They have no signs anywhere saying what is final sale. I went to exchange the dress and was told it was final sale with receipts and tags. I asked where it stated that. They pointed to my receipt in tiny print under the price and kept saying it's store policy but it is posted nowhere that dresses or anything else for that matter are final sale.  Their policies are not customer friendly. I highly recommend not shopping there and look forward to when they close and go out of business because they won't last with this garbage. They have absolutely no wiggle room to their policies. I wanted another size when I had purchased it two days prior.
