Budget Inn Motel Corcoran

Staff was friendly towards me, but made a racial remark about someone. The room was dirty. There was nail clippings, hair & just dirty floor. The towels are stained, I went & bought myself some new towels to use. The soap dispensers were broken, thankfully I travel with my own. I had double beds in my room. One was stained & the other was ok. There was a weird smell & I kept spraying air freshner while there. Microwave & mini fridge have weird odors. The tv had no sound. This was a one night stay, just needed to sleep & leave early the next morning. This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. The price is cheap for a reason. It is in a pretty good location. You can walk to many places to eat & shop at the little stores. It was quiet during the night. Only heard the people in neighboring rooms a couple times. Rooms: They are outdated & need to be cleaned way better. Also need to invest in better linens Safety: There wasn't any safety concerns while staying here the one night

The place is very good, the rooms are also dirty, but the sheets are dirty, the bathroom and tub are dirty. The good thing is that I brought blankets and I put them on and that's how I slept, but the truth is that not even the towels were clean and what a shame it is a very good location and the place hurts.
