We ordered from the kiosk. We ordered a small cheese burger, a wrap, nuggets soda, and two sundaes. Customers at the next kiosk ordered sundaes as well. The counter server watched both groups ordering the sundaes and said nothing. After 5-10 minutes, she came back and said the ice cream machine was broken. In Burger King defense the had a handmade sign taped to the counter saying no ice cream, but it was not a place normal people look when all choices and the kiosks make them look up.
When she told us she said we could have a pie or two frozen drinks. My granddaughter chose a drink, but my wife didn't want their offering or anything else. They made no offer to give any of our money back. I am a diabetic so I ordered a diet. Dr. Pepper since I don't enjoy diet coke. She then told me they had no Dr. Pepper, so had to drink tea. They had no signs on the kiosks informing patrons. To further add insult to injury, the crushed my wife's cheeseburger, so it was flat.

Cannot contact the store they just hang up. I ordered from the wrong store and cannot contact them!!!
