AMAZING! I tried using Proflowers to send my mom a flower arrangement for her 96th birthday. twice, they failed me! First, they didn't have the flowers, even though they were advertised. Second, the florist they used went on vacation. I called Cairio's, who not only got the flowers I wanted but, had them delivered the following day. They knocked it out of the park. My mom and sister raved about the arrangement, absolutely beautiful!
Screw Proflowers, Cairo's is my #1 choice!

This was the Best customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. Thank You for making that extra effort even though it was my negligence in calling so late. I can not express how grateful I am to know that there are still caring people.
