This is for the Corporate office who doesn't care because it's all about money. Thank Obama Care. A one person staff is unsafe and greedy on the part of the company and management. No human to answer the phone for a question about the amount needed for a successful culture test is a waste of everyone's time and money, the doctor waiting for the results (only to end up reordering) the patient collecting the sample, (drive time and fuel cost) and the employee who deals with stress (backlash of patients) because an office is understaffed. Investors with these companies should care more about the patients than their bottom line!

Horrible staff. Doesnt help anyone. Have an appointment sit and wait forever. And then if youre a minute late they turn you away. Tell you to come back after lunch but the staff doesnt know when their lunch is or when it will be over. So for a fasting blood work they tell you to come back after lunch but cant give a time they will be avaliable. Worst staff ever.

Hispanic lady working today 11-4-2020 was very rude, made me feel scared to even have my blood drawn cus she was talking crazy, but it was a glucose test and i had already waited an hour after drinking the drink to get the blood work done. Definitely wont be coming back to corning quest.

Unorganized and worst lab I've ever had to do business with. Long wait times and not enough space for social distancing. There were 6 people all waiting in a little tiny area. Not COVID safe.
