Missing mail weekly, I get notices for things in the mailbox and more than a handful of times we either never receive it or a nice neighbor decides to bring it to us since it was shoved into their mailbox. God forbid you have anything fragile that shouldnt be bent, they love to shove stuff into the mailbox and when you pull it out it looks like its been through the wringer. We empty our mailbox everyday so, it not like it had no room, its just carrier not caring about other peoples stuff. This is exhausting, I shouldnt have to get a PO Box in Chico to ensure I am getting my mail.

Worst experience continuously. They have bent all THREE of my COLLEGE DEGREES in half!! Mind you this was separate deliveries to which each big cardboard package clearly said DO NOT BEND. I called it in after the THIRD time and was assured that it wouldnt happen again. Not one offer to pay for the damages or make anything right. It continues to happen with every package that is labeled DO NOT BEND, HANDLE WITH CARE. It is completely unacceptable at this point.
