We had another storage unit in Corning and it was robbed several times. This storage facility is very well lit plus there are trucks that come in and out so there are usually people in there. Not to mention you have to have a gate code to get in. Nancy who works there is so very kind and helpful

Seriously were to even begin! First off the manager Nancy, sweet old lady? Guess again extremely rude and inpatient, not to mention she never had her books in order. One day we drive up as usual to leave some stuff in storage well to our surprise our gate code doesn't work! So we walk over to the office, as soon as we walk in we are greeted with a rude and cranky attitude. Second has to be the HUGE and abundant amount of potholes constantly being made by the semi trucks, which worsen when it rains and floods the entire area. Last thing I'd probably have to point out Is the fact that most of the units have zero to some insulation just hanging from the roof of the unit. Seems like they ran out of funds and just left the work half done. Bottom like for the amount of $$$ they charge for a unit I'd think twice before spending your hard earned money and have a look around before hand.
