I called a day before to schedule two separate nose piercings for my daughter's birthday. Talked to, whom I'm assuming was the owner, she not only answered the phone unprofessional but was snarky and rude. Still, I asked her about getting two piercings and about pricing and availability. She confirmed she would be available the following day but not when. So I asked if 3pm was okay and she said it was. So I drove 25 minutes over to get to her shop at 3 and she was in the middle of a tattoo. I thought that was rude since I already told her I would be there at 3 and she agreed. Then she asked me "How can I help you" I said I'm here for the 3 o'clock appointment for nose piercings. And she continued to tattoo for another 10 minutes while we wait. Then says "okay? What can I do for you?" ..... "I said we were here for the nose piercings. One would like a side nose piercing and the other one a septum." She stated "I don't do septums, you said two nose piercings. I can't do septums." Like what?? You're a piercer that can't do a septum? Mentioning a nose piercing and you didn't think to say "yes, as long as it's not a septum?" Very unprofessional and will recommend NO one go here.

She did an absolutely amazing job on my back Tattoo. Also, I dont know how she does it but she really doesnt hurt you when tattooing. Shes gentle. Amazing!
