        After what I seen today with this company and how they treated a guy that got towed over some bogas reasons i will never use or refer them to anyone the rate for 1 mile and one hr was ridiculous then got there 15 min early for no one to be there the tow driver was rude right off the bat vage to awnser our questions then captin important the disbatch guy i guess showed up and one comment on leaving a bad review and he said you can get it after the holidays weekend save you money and go somewhere else there star ratings speaks its self what a skunks profession

        A bunch of greedy Crooks! Towed my vehicle when it shouldnt have been towed. They towed it 1 mile to their yard and had it there for an hour and charged me over $500, I raced to get there before they closed and made it 15 min early. When I told them theyre basically ripping me off and Im going to leave a bad review he told me that now Im going to have to wait until after Thanksgiving weekend. Police came and said theres nothing they could do and they have A LOT of problems with this company. Save yourself the headache and stress, give your money to an honest company!

        So very great full for my tow truck driver, Micah. I feel like I have a new friend in the world. Laughter, stories, and comradely were happily shared on the 45mile ride from Corning to Redding. Micah is truly a compassionate/good guy and seems to live with his heart forward. If you are blessed enough to ride with him treat him in kind. And by that I mean, give him a tip. Life is expensive. ;)

      Cussing, screaming, and hollering when you don't get your way ! All because your friend parked in the wrong place and has to pay the price, since he was screaming I didn't even want to deal with him, nor do I have to, you might have stepped up in the big man and calm your friend down but instead you joined right in, I wasn't even going to charge you the opening fee we close at 12:00 due to the holiday,

      I just can't understand why it is our fault that your truck was towed, there are signs that say that they will be towed if they are parked there. Your language was less than acceptable in public, your attitude and your tone of voice was not acceptable either under any circumstances, I was just going to release the truck to you without charging you a gate fee or an after-hours fee we closed at 12:00 today due to the I hope your attitude and your language is better when you come to pick it up .
