The lady there did a dress hem up for me. The hem up was amazing and was the perfect length, She gave me a 10% off discount because I prepaid I was anxious at first because it was my first time but it was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place for alterations the lady was so nice 10/10 !!

Worst customer server ever. They damaged my husband shirt and didn't want to accept it. Very rude owner.

I had brought them a designer shirt. They were careless and damaged the shirt. The owner is very disrespectful, she started to say hes stupid man and also said Indian guy stupid. In no shape of form is it okay to judge me based off my looks. Im an Hispanic young man! And I felt disgusted on how she spoken on me. 0 stars, I dont recommend.

I usually go to Royal Drycleaners off of Green River and they are great but my wife accidentally dropped my clothes off at this one. I got there to pick them up an hour early and they said not done sorry. so I had to wait until the next day to go. then the next day when I went they turned the ferris wheel of clothing about 6 times not being able to find them; while I stood there for 10 minutes wondering if they lost my clothes. Then she asks me to help her and look for my clothes while it turns, so we did that for 5 more minutes, then she says her machine is down anyway, and I replied with "Then how do you expect me to pay I dont have cash" which she replied with a shoulder shrug and went back to her button. After about another 5 minutes of this she looks somewhere else and says oh they're not done yet can you wait 10 minutes. OMG. I said no and I'll come back tomorrow. The next day i get there, and I SWEAR, she's just finishing and wrapping them in plastic, and then walking them up to me she drops all of them on the floor. I wasn't rude so I dont think I just think they're that bad. Don't go, drive a little further to Royal I've been going there for years never had 1 issue.
