        My experience living at Bell Mt. Tam has been nothing short of awesome. Elayne couldn't be nicer and has been very accommodating. Nick, the newest member on the team has been amazing. He is very efficient with his work and remembered to come back the next day for a follow up. The pool, hot tub and Bell Mt. Tam amenities are probably the best Marin county has to offer. They keep the grounds clean and everyone is dog friendly and super cool, not to mention the sweeping panoramic views of Mt Tam.

        Nick (on the repair tech team) is so helpful! We put a few work orders in and he promptly and professionally addressed them. We love the Bell Mt. Team - they are so friendly and accommodating!

        Nick in maintenance is fantastic! We have lived here for about 2 years now and it is amazing to now have someone so responsive, communicative and skilled on staff to help with issues when they arise; from a beeping fire alarm at 6pm to a broken latch on a window over the weekend- he is available to help. When my pilot light went out in my fireplace over the holidays, not only did he fix it that day, he left me detailed video message describing to me how the fireplace works and how to adjust the height of the flame. That kind of service really enhances the quality of the property. Hes a gem!
