        I came to the Service Department with my 2013 Cooper Hardtop rear hatch unlatching spontaneously, and with a broken windshield spray nozzle. Orlando did a great job of ensuring that they approached the problem in a step-wise fashion so that I did not spend more money than was needed to repair these systems. Service: Vehicle safety inspection

        Orlando did a great job fitting my car in for a time critical inspection. The services were quickly done and a video was sent to me showing what the issues were. I received a phone call to go over the findings and recommendations. After dropping the car off, they gave me a ride home because I live close by and needed to get to a business meeting.
