        That is main reason that I and others look elsewhere for parts since shipping can be costlier than the part itself.

        How rude. I was told in a very condescending manner that I was not able to be helped because I looked at the reviews on Yelp and was thus intrigued regarding tax prep-- as opposed to being referred by another client. Please STEP INTO THE 21st CENTURY! Not only was that a slap in the face but the girl I spoke to sounded like she actually garnered pleasure by turning me away. Wow.
