Creating an estate plan was an emotional experience. After all, you're talking about what happens when you or your spouse are no longer alive. Additionally it is a very tedious and overwhelming task to figure out what to do, assemble all the paperwork, get signatures, and make the whole thing legal. Elizabeth took all the fear and pain out of the process. She is very compassionate, understanding, and organized. She met with us, asked questions, and told us what information we needed. We were able to fill forms out and email them to her, saving us additional visits. We aren't quite finished, but I know we would never have come even close to this point without the guidance of Elizabeth. We're all gonna die one day. Make it easy on those you leave behind, get an estate plan. I highly recommend Elizabeth Krivatsy for a very "unlawyer-like" lawyer experience.
