When I imagine all of the attributes I want for my small group health insurance agent, I dream of Jeanie Boro!!! She is all around the most helpful, diligent, hardworking, knowledgable, and talented health insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to get to know my needs. Thanks for making such a complicated and important decision much easier!!!

If you have any questions about signing up for Medicare, Jeanie is the absolute best person to see. Easy to work with and really helped me navigate all my options. She pointed out things I would never have knownto ask. I have the best insurance now and it's all thanks to Jeanie.HIGHLY recommend. Don't try to figure it out yourself, seriously leave it to the pros.

I can't speak highly enough about Jeanie Boro.  If you need help with your insurance you should let her be the one to help.  I was enrolling on Covered California and did *something* wrong on my application so it didn't go through.  After stressing out and worrying how I was going to fix it I found Jeanie online, she called me back within the hour and went through my entire application with me fixing the things she could.  Because my issue wasn't resolvable through the website, she offered to call Covered Cal on my behalf and talk with an agent.  In my mind this is above and beyond in terms of GREAT customer service.  She's professional, kind, knowledgeable and gets results.  I don't know what else you could ask for in an Insurance Agent.  5 stars!
