Mesa Pines Apartments

Dora is the best landlord I have ever had. She is so kind and goes above and beyond for the residents. She is very clear about costs and timelines. I never felt ignored or pushed aside. Mesa Pines is a quiet, safe community. It's like a little oasis inside the gates. We had a pool view which was nice and never too loud. I would highly recommend Mesa Pines. I already miss living there!

I loved living here. The manager dora was such a sweetheart. The few times we had little issues, she handled them quickly and promptly. The parking there was never an issue, the pool is heated and there is a newly renovated hot tub! We never had any problems with any neighbors. This was one of the best experiences I've had with living in an apartment.

Had the pleasure of living at Mesa Pines for only a year, and it was truly the best renting experience I've ever had. I only moved out because I bought a place.Dora is an incredible property manager - extremely communicative, friendly, and caring. She genuinely cares about all the residents and wants the best for everyone. The complex itself is also great! Conveniently located near great restaurants, grocery stores, the freeway, and the beach, it really is super close to everything. The one bedroom apartment my boyfriend and I lived in was renovated, quiet, and had everything we needed. If you're looking for a spot in Costa Mesa, definitely consider Mesa Pines. Even if they don't have openings, it's worth getting added to the waitlist.

After living at Mesa Pines for 6 years, my husband and I have moved on. It's definitely a bittersweet move as Mesa Pines was the best apartment complex we've ever lived at. This was mainly due to the fact that Dora continues to be the best manager. She truly does everything she can to make Mesa Pines home for all her residents. Everything that I wrote in my previous review, I still stand by. You won't regret choosing Mesa Pines. We loved our experience there and have Dora to thank for that. Thank you, Dora! We will really miss you and the community!
