The community is quiet and the cameras and gates make it feel safe inside. Packages are delivered right to your door. The parking situation on Center Street can be difficult, but you can get lucky sometimes.

This property is great. Lori is a good manager. If ever you need her she will be right on it. Always quiet at night, and everyone respects each other. Would recommend

Honest review from a young professional who just moved from here.
I lived here for one year.
Pros:
1. Very inexpensive and close to what you need. The price is hard to beat.
2. Lori (property manager) is quick to respond.
Cons:
1. Construction is basically done now, but while living there the construction that was going on, on the property was incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention they would leave dangerous equipment out and about (especially on my balcony at times). I walked by saw blades and all kinds of equipment all the time. Sometimes the workers would park in your parking spot too.
2. Parking: horrible. Youre assigned a parking spot. Due to construction - I couldnt even us my own parking spot at times. I would have to go to street parking, which center street is basically always packed. The street over is residential parking and if you park there you are likely to get a fine. Parking is INCREDIBLY inconvenient, especially for guests.
3. This place is not guest friendly. Ive had guests laugh too loud and Lori told me to have better control over my guests. I kid you not my guest laughed loudly and I told them we had to be a little more quiet - then I walked them out and Lori was outside standing with her arms crossed and glaring at us.
4. Lori doesnt communicate professionally. She calls past 10pm. She confronts you unprofessionally when shes frustrated vs communicating via email professional and making professional requests via email. The apartment notices that we got were always taped to my door. One time I guess it fell off and I came home to an open door because they needed to do something to it - meanwhile I thought someone broke in at first because I never saw the notice!!! Ridiculous. Email tenants notices!!!
5. One laundry room for all complex
6. Pool looks like a motel 6 pool
7. Maintenance people blew leaves on the balcony all the time and didnt clean up well/leaves even came through my front door. Door was never fixed well.
8. I felt like I had to walk on eggshells
9. Property manager lives on site
Honest review here. The reason this place has 4 stars is because Lori (property manager) has requested tenants directly to give good reviews. Youll notice theyre all mostly recent and generic. Just saying.

This is THE WORST PLACE Ive ever lived. Lori is extremely unprofessional in her communication and watching your every move.
On 12/1 they shut off our water with NO NOTICE and no communication after the fact either.
Make sure you dont breath too loud past 9:59pm or she will be outside you door accusing you be being drunk and letting us know she wouldnt renew our lease. Im not joking this actually happened. This was our FIRST warning of being too loud and she decided to tack a post it note the next day on our door (real professional) saying this was our last and final warning or she would give us a 3 days notice.
The pool guys would constantly park in my PAID parking spot and I would have to leave my car in the middle of the street while I go find them and tell them to leave.
Our front door was also broken for over a month and we asked Lori multiple times to fix it. It was fixed but it made it worse.
The gardeners would also use their leaf blowers and blow directly into our house with dirt, leaves, and sediment getting all over our floor and couch. We are not the only who have this problem btw. We also left a towel out on our patio to dry and Lori admitted to throwing it on the ground rather than emailing us to take it down.
Theres also no parking on the street. Not that it matters anyway since if you have 2 people in your tiny apartment past 10pm and Lori can hear them laugh youll be crucified. I felt so uncomfortable in my last weeks here.
Theres a reason theres several vacancies Lori has been trying to fill for several months.
The reason there are good reviews here is because Lori asks her tenants to write them (shes asked my husband to before and he said no).

I've lived here for over 8 years, and it's a really great apartment complex! The rent is reasonable for the area, and the units are nicer than other similarly priced complexes. The management is also very responsive and resolves issues quickly.
